With more than 25 years of experience globally in the industry, Mr. Frederik Crum is President-Asia Pacific with the Wavin Group. In this role he is responsible for the P&L of the Wavin Building and Infrastructure business in Asia Pacific, including India. With his experience in business growth and development he is also appointed as Vice President New Business & M&A for the Wavin group and part of Wavin’s Global Leadership Team. He has been instrumental in the transaction between Wavin and Vectus. He is responsible for design and implementation of a substantial Growth Roadmap for Wavin global. Before joining Wavin, Mr. Crum had an illustrious career within DSM for 25 years in leading Global Businesses. In his last assignment in the field of Engineering Materials, he was leading a global business from out of Singapore, while overlooking all activities in Asia. Building new businesses by working closely with customers through high performance teams is what Freek is passionate about.
Ashish Baheti is a Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from IIT, Kanpur. He is jointly responsible for the overall supervision and handling day-to-day affairs of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation and has more than 30 years of experience in the plastic industry. He has served as the president of the Society of Asian Rotomoulders.
Atul Ladha is a Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He is jointly responsible for the overall supervision and handling day-to-day affairs of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation and has more than 30 years of experience in the plastic industry.
Manish Khandelwal is Commercial Director -India & South Asia at Wavin Vectus group with more than 21 years of experience in the building material industry, he is responsible for commercial operations and plays a key role in realizing Wavin’s Strategy in India. Prior to joining Wavin, Manish was Country Manager for Greenply Industries and was responsible for overall growth and profitability of the VAP division. His experience in Building Material started in 1999 with Armstrong World Industries. He then worked for reputed organizations like STEELCASE, UNILIN & WEBER where he helped these brand establish there Indian operations and honed his experiences and abilities furthermore in various management roles.
Geeta Dhingra is an Independent Director of our Company. She attended a bachelor’s course in commerce from the Jiwaji University, Gwalior and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has more than 21 years of experience and is the founding partner of M/s. Geeta Dhingra & Associates.
Kapilesh Manglik is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Allahabad and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 37 years of experience and previously has worked with Thakur, Vaidyanath Aiyer & Co., S. Vaish & Co. and S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP and is presently associated with Ernst & Young LLP as a consultant.
Sanjay Khatau Asher
Mr. Sanjay Asher is presently a Senior Partner with M/s Crawford Bayley & Co., which is India’s oldest law firm, established in 1830. Mr. Asher holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Bombay. He has been a practising Advocate since 1991, and was admitted as a Solicitor in the year 1993. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant. He specialises in the fields of M&A, cross border M&A, joint ventures, private equity and capital markets. He has been a noted speaker at various seminars and conferences including those organised by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has authored several publication published in national and international publications including authored a book on Companies Act, 2013 which was published by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer publication.
